Google Review Replies
Every Google review answered. You never log in.
Shepard Consulting replies to every Google review your business receives, in your voice, for $99 a month after a $199 first month. You approve the catch-up replies to your old unanswered reviews once. After that, new replies post on their own, and any review that mentions an injury, a lawsuit, discrimination, a crime, or a health issue waits for your approval first.
Everything happens by email. Replies within 24 hours from matt@shepardconsulting.ai.
The Problem
What is actually going on
An unanswered one-star review is the first thing your next customer reads. An unanswered five-star review is a customer who took the time and got silence back.
Owners know this. They also have a business to run, so the reviews pile up. Google AI now reads those reviews, and your replies, when it answers questions about your business in Maps.
What You Get
What is included
Catch-up on everything unanswered
Every old review without a reply gets one. You approve that batch before anything posts.
Replies written for your business
Drafted from your own review history and the way you have replied in the past, not from a template bank.
Sensitive reviews always wait for you
Anything that touches injury, litigation, discrimination, crime, or health is held for your approval. That rule does not turn off.
Manager access only
You add Shepard Consulting as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner.
Cancel yourself, anytime
Billing runs through Stripe and cancellation is self-serve. No contract and no exit conversation.
Price
What it costs
$199 first month, then $99 a month
The first month includes a $100 setup for the catch-up replies. Cancel anytime.
How It Works
Three steps, all by email
Send a message with your business name
I reply by email with the signup link. A short onboarding form covers the tone you want and anything replies should never say.
Approve the catch-up replies
One batch, by email. Edit anything you want.
New reviews get answered
Replies post on their own from then on, except the sensitive ones, which come to you first.
I Try It On Me First
Where this has already been proven
Replies are drafted by AI from your own review history and posted through Manager access on your profile. The hold on sensitive reviews is enforced by the system, not left to judgment.
I am Matt Shepard, a licensed general contractor in Colorado and the owner of Shepard Consulting. Every system I sell is one I run in my own businesses. Read the case studies.
Common Questions
Google Review Reply Service: questions people ask
How much does the Google review reply service cost?
$199 for the first month, which includes a $100 setup for replying to your existing unanswered reviews, then $99 a month. You can cancel anytime.
Will the replies sound like a robot wrote them?
They are drafted by AI, and they are written from your own reviews and your own past replies rather than a generic template. You see and approve the first batch, so you know what they sound like before anything goes live.
What happens with a bad review?
Ordinary complaints get a calm, specific reply that takes the conversation offline. Reviews that mention an injury, a lawsuit, discrimination, a crime, or a health issue are never answered automatically. Those come to you first.
Do you ask my customers for reviews?
No. This service only replies to reviews you already have.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation is self-serve through Stripe. There is no contract and you do not have to talk to anyone.
